Guenzel Gallery Specs

The Guenzel Gallery is at the heart of PenArt. It is the first space visitors encounter from the main entrance and the hub from which each wing of the school extends. It is a place for students and community members to connect and experience world-class contemporary art. Inspired by the historic round barns of the area, the gallery is a light-filled, ten-sided space with two levels of clerestory windows.

Features

  • 10’ 6” tall gallery walls backed with plywood

  • Track lights hung from a staff-only catwalk

  • Power outlets in most walls and columns

  • Pedestals with acrylic vitrines

  • Floating glass or painted wood shelves

  • 8’ x 7’ temporary panels that attach behind the columns

  • Cables that can be lowered from four points in the ceiling

  • Two 55” Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TVs (model UN55AU8000F)

  • One 32” TCL 3-Series FHD LED Roku Smart TV (model 32S327)

  • Two 7” digital photo frames capable of looping video

  • Two iPads

  • One Duane ImagePro 6235W short throw projector

  • One Neumi 4K Lite compact HD digital media player with optional push button trigger
