Each is designed to help you understand the core of your photography practice and deepen your love for it while building an insight portfolio from which to draw conclusions. Instructor

Justin Key’s photographic journey started when he was twelve. An obsession with the ability to freeze time had him patiently filling his piggy bank. As the funds collected, the pursuit of a calling began. Justin holds a Bachelor’s in Photography from Northern Michigan University. Since then he has worked as a photojournalist, sports photographer, wedding and portrait photographer, and freelancer in the commercial sector. His fine art photography has been recognized internationally and featured in galleries around the country. Justin has taught everything from single day introductory workshops to multi-day nature photography workshops to multi-week photographer’s eye classes. As an instructor he balances instruction with flexibility; encouraging his students to experiment, ask questions, and think deeply.
