Concept
Handmade artist books and decorative boxes provide endless possibilities for presenting photographs and mementos, and can be a work of art in and of themselves. Learn a variety of structures in this two-day workshop, including accordion fold and small concertina book forms, several Japanese binding techniques, and a decorative foldable box form.
Experience
Presentations provide inspiration, while demonstrations and guided instruction provide opportunities for hands-on practice. The first day focuses on making books and the second day focuses on making a complete box.
Skill Level
All levels welcome.
